The challenge tests your risk management skills, discipline, market understanding and decision making. Each challenge has specific rules you must adhere to, and each challenge is designed for a different type of trader, depending on the challenge's size and difficulty. If you pass the challenge and the KYC, you move forward to the funded account Step.

The size of your funded account is decided on the size of the challenge you selected. For example, if you purchase a R 30 000 challenge and pass it, your funded account size will be R 30 000. If you purchase a R 80 000 challenge and pass it, your funded account size will be R 80 000, etc.

KYC (Know Your Client) is a security protocol that ensures compliance with local regulations. All Customers are responsible for paying taxes applicable to their place of residence.

Provide accurate information:

• Your personal details must match your government-issued ID.
• You can only use one email for one person throughout your JoinX journey. When purchasing multiple accounts, ensure you use the same email. If you use another email you will not make it through the KYC process.
• The card you use must be your card 
• Submit valid government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, ID Card).
• You cannot change your personal information once you have placed a trade in your challenge account or during the KYC process.

Once you've read and understood the trading rules of each challenge – select the challenge relevant for you, purchase it and open your account to start the challenge.
